'We are the Children of the Earth' Shamanic Retreat

We are pleased to invite you to join us for the "We the Children of the Earth" Shamanic Retreat, a transformative journey set over four days and three nights.

This immersive experience will take place from Friday, 2nd August to Monday, 5th August, amidst the beautiful landscapes of North Devon.

Retreat Highlights:

This retreat will be facilitated by qualified therapists Liz, Mat, and Lorri, who collectively bring over 30 years of experience in holding space, spirit work, sound therapy, mindfulness, meditation, Kundalini yoga, breath work, and chakra dancing. For more information, visit lizcullen.com.

Our retreat offers a unique opportunity to celebrate our journey on Earth, empowering us to connect with our higher nature and walk towards a more balanced way of living. As children of the Earth, our souls have experienced many journeys here, and this lifetime is no different. We breathe her air, drink her water, and find shelter under her skies. In return, Mother Earth asks for our love and care, so we can honour and respect the ground we walk on.

Retreat evening Schedule:

Friday: We will begin with a gathering that honours the four cardinal directions: North, South, East, and West. This practice will help you connect with a power animal from your inner world, providing subconscious support and building the energy for the weekend ahead.

Saturday: The evening will feature a Sacred Shamanic Ceremony, journeying through the Lower, Middle, and Upper worlds. Utilising the four directions and power animals discovered the previous night, this ceremony will guide you to gather insights for compassionate transformation within your inner life.

Sunday: Building on the energy and understanding from previous ceremonies, we will delve deeper into the ceremonial energy of the Earth. This will assist in further clarifying and enriching your inner journey with compassion and insight.

Plant Medicine Cacao Ceremony Kundalini Yoga with Lorri, featuring a restorative kriya Sound bath with Lizzie and Mat, incorporating native American flute and drumming Integration and connection with fellow participants

Option to extend your stay and add extra nights camping to give you time to fully embrace and relax in your new energy. Explore the North Devon Coastal paths, Exmoor National Park, Visit the beautiful beaches and have a cleansing dip or try your hand at surfing. Integrate yourself back slowly.

The retreat coincides with the New Moon on August 4th, an ideal moment for setting intentions, emotional cleansing, and releasing pent-up emotions to facilitate healing and forward movement.

Accommodations: 

Participants will stay in their own tents or campervans, fostering a deep connection with nature. We offer the convenience of collection from the local train or bus station if needed.

Facilities include a compostable toilet, hot or cold shower, and access to hot drinks and snacks.

Enjoy delicious home-cooked vegan/plant-based meals throughout your stay.
